Application for PCS Fellowship
Please be informed that the deadline for submission of application for PCS Fellowship has been extended until May 31, 2005. Applicants who satisfactorily complied with the requirements shall be included for this year’s induction during the PCS 61th Annual Clinical Congress on December 4, 2005.
Please submit completed forms at the PCS Secretariat, Committee on Membership, c/o Eden Grace A. Paule, 3rd Floor PCS Bldg., 992 EDSA Quezon City on or before May 31, 2006 (Wednesday). You can download the form by clicking the link below.
